Poetry Drawer: repressed: broken days broken by beauty: the haunting truth by Tohm Bakelas

repressed

labyrinths shift and
awaken buried truths—
i walk dark twisted paths

broken days broken by beauty

coloured weeds growing
through cracked grey sidewalks—
do you even take notice?

the haunting truth

when life is good, i think:
i will die someday
and i am afraid
